The Proline is a brand of ignition leads in insulations and covers of silicone. In our offer we have two versions of the product, varying dependent on the applied core:

The ferromagnetic core consists of the base made of a glass fiber and kevlar, on which ferromagnetic blend has been pressed in. The base is closely wound up with wire of stainless steel coated additionally with semiconducting latex.

Wires made this way are characterized by a low electrical resistance (5,6 kOhm / m) and excellent level of electromagnetic pulses attenuation.

Used silicone insulations make the wires are ideal both for petrol vehicles and gas LPG/CNG. wires of the iso e class i f class having isolation of the silicone in combination with good quality terminals and theirs silicone shields are really able to absorb the additional warmth produced on the spark plug as a result of the gas burning.

The external silicon isolation ensures the highest level of protection against the all external factors, i.e. the resistance against acids, oils and grease action, greatest possible resistance against temperature fluctuations: -50 °c - +250 °c and the electric breakdown up to 70.000 V

Coppercore wire is formed as a coil with pressed nylon tape which is increasing the mechanical strength of the core. the core is insulated by two insulating layer - the inner made of epdm and outer made of silicone.

Wires made this way have excellent spark quality with virtually zero power loss. attenuation of electromagnetic pulses and equal resistance of all cables is provided by resistors embedded in covers of metal terminals.
